The famous boater hat from the 1920s is an integral part of Faunauge’s repertoire. But this one of a kind hat is particularly spectacular. The shape remains traditional, but the canotier, as the hat shape can still be called, is embroidered over and over with white lace flowers. It’s like they’re growing right across the hat. Handmade by Faunauge.
The colours of the hat
The basic material Sinamay, a very gracefully crafted natural material, shimmers in a dark silvery grey and is not opaque! A feast for the eyes, because your hairstyle underneath comes into its own and the incident light makes your eyes shine! The flowers are snow-white, a great contrast to the elegant shiny grey.
