Formal information about Faunauges vouchers<\/h2>\n

The vouchers can be redeemed for an unlimited period after payment. It is valid for products in the online shop as well as for individual new products according to the customer’s wishes.
\nThe voucher is not exchangeable for cash. It may only be used for private purposes and not for commercial purposes. Delivery only in customary quantities.
\nFor technical reasons, it is only possible to redeem a single voucher per order transaction.
\nIf a residual value remains after an order process, I either issue a new voucher for the residual value or manufacture another product to this value. Please inform me about your decision by e-mail.<\/p>\n
